18 More iTrip Vacations Managers Named HA Premier Partners

In 2017, HomeAway unveiled its Premier Partner Program, a way to recognize outstanding property managers who consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences before, during and after their stay. After the program’s official launch, 10 iTrip Vacations companies received the designation. Six months later, 18 more have joined the list with more on the way. The HomeAway Premier Partner Status is reserved for the top 5% of property managers who use the site’s platform and follow the company’s best practices for listings. Criteria includes:

  • High-quality listings: Appealing hi-res photos and videos, professionally written headlines, accurate and detailed descriptions, and competitive prices
  • Up-to-date information: Amenities and calendars
  • Using HomeAway: Processing bookings through the site’s checkout
  • Fast response times to booking inquiries
  • High acceptance rates and low cancellations
  • Consistent four- and five-star reviews from vacation rental guests

Once managers have received the status, their listings include a Premier Partner badge that helps properties stand out in search results. Other perks include additional marketing provided by HomeAway, including targeted emails, video series, property spotlights and social media exposure.

This designation paired with iTrip Vacations’ expansive marketing efforts and advanced software give rental owners competitive advantages that lead to more listing exposure and potential bookings, which help generate more revenue.
